High level performance

The beauty of the movement and understanding between horse and rider. Control and harmony, that is what makes the dressage sport so amazing. We compete our home bred horses at several levels, both national and international. Our goal is to win Grand Prix competitions with our own horses.

At Begijnhoeve we breed and own a lot of talented dressage horses, which we compete in all levels, up to Grand Prix.

Tommie van Puijenbroek-Visser

Tommie started riding when he was 6-years old. When he was 12, he started competing. As a Young Rider he won a Silver and Gold Medal with the Dutch team.

Nowadays, Tommie is riding Grand Prix with several horses that are bred by Begijnhoeve. Tommie is also coaching and training a lot of riders and he provides dressage clinics.

Rob van Puijenbroek-Visser

Rob was born in Turnhout, Belgium. He got his first horse, Tango, when he was 12-years old and he competed this horse at “Z1” level. Eventually, he competed several horses in different levels, all the way to the Grand Prix.

Rob is CEO of Begijnhoeve and he is closely involved in the breeding programm.
